We appreciate that you trust us with your information and we intend to always keep that trust. This Privacy Policy applies to websites, apps, events and other services we operate under Skycard LLC. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as our “services” in this Privacy Policy.

3. Information We Collect

It goes without saying, we can’t help you develop meaningful connections without some information about you, such as basic profile details and the types of people you’d like to meet. We also collect information about your use of our services such as access logs, as well as information from third parties, like when you access our services through your social media account or when you upload information from your social media account to complete your profile. Information we collect about contacts: We collect your contacts’ information, such as their name and phone number, if you choose to import it from a device, such as by syncing an address book. You can ask your friends to join Skycard by inviting them through the skycard. We store this information in the database, only to provide the best services. This is for the Android and iPhone platform.

Camera: Content that you provide through our camera feature include scanning the QR code of the offer and other Media access include Photos and videos, that you upload the the of setting up your account. This is for Android and iPhone platform

Public Content: Your contributions to the Service are intended for public consumption and are therefore viewable by the public, including your photos. Your account profile (e.g., first name, last initial, city, neighborhood, the month and year you created your Skycard account, profile photos and list of friends on Skycard) is also intended for public consumption (your information other customers may see about you).

Contacts: You can invite others to join or become your friend on Skycard by allowing us to access contacts from your mobile device, to individuals you want to invite. If you allow us to access your contacts, we will transmit information about your contacts to our servers long enough to process your invitations.

Transactions: If as a customer you initiate a transaction through the Service, such as a withdrawal of benefits earned, we will collect and store information you provide associated with your transaction, such as your name, phone number, address, email, and payment information in order to process your transaction, and facilitate future transactions. When you submit debit card and credit card numbers and other sensitive payment information, that information is encrypted using industry standard technology.

Information you give us

You choose to give us certain information when using our services. This includes:

  • When you create an account, you provide us with at least your phone number and email address, as well as some basic details necessary for the service to work, such as your gender and date of birth.
  • When you complete your profile, you can share with us additional information, such as details on your bio, interests and other details about you, as well as content such as photos and videos. To add certain content, like pictures or videos, you may allow us to access your camera or photo album.

  • Usage Information Using the services generates data about your activity on our services, for instance how you use them (e.g., when you logged in, features you’ve been using, actions taken, information shown to you, referring webpages address and ads that you interacted with) and your interactions with other members (e.g., members you connect and interact with, when you exchanged with them, number of messages you send and receive).
  • Device information We collect information from and about the device(s) you use to access our services, including hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, apps settings and characteristics, app crashes, advertising IDs (which are randomly generated numbers that you can reset by going into your device’ settings), identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify a device or browser.
  • Other information with your consent If you give us permission, we can collect your precise geolocation (latitude and longitude). The collection of your geolocation may occur in the background even when you aren’t using the services if the permission you gave us expressly permits such collection. If you decline permission for us to collect your precise geolocation, we will not collect it. Similarly, if you consent, we may collect photos and videos (for instance, if you want to publish a photo or video or participate in streaming features on our services).

In the Skycard mobile application, we store the user’s device tokens, in order to send push notifications whenever the user installs the application.

 

Media: When the user is allowing skycard, to access the gallery, they are using the photos to set up their profile picture. As a user, adding the videos to promote their businesses. These media files, videos and photos, are stored in the database.

 

Delete Account: Skycard is allowing the user full authority on their account, if the user wish to leave the application they may do so by deleting their account from Profile settings. Once the user deletes the account, all their information will be deleted from Skycard, and there will be no other ways of recovering their account.

The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve our services. Additionally, we use your info to help keep you safe, and to provide you with advertising that may be of interest to you.   • Payments and Cancellations You may be required to provide your credit card information as business and debit card information for the customer to use the services. All the Subscriptions are managed through In-app purchases. And a user can always downgrade their subscription plan. All the subscription plans are auto-renewal.

To delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open SkyCard App: Launch the app on your device.
  2. Navigate to Your Profile: Tap on your profile icon located in the bottom navigation to access your profile settings.
  3. Delete Your Account: Look for the “Delete My Account” at the bottom in the profile settings.

  4. Confirm your decision when prompted. Note that this action is irreversible and the account will be deleted.

Please be aware of the following:

  1. Data Types Deleted: All the information about your account, business, offers, referral will be deleted.
  2. Data Retention: We do not retain any user data once the account is deleted.
